Courageous Conversations
This marriage conference combines Biblical ideals with the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model to help couples strengthen their connection by understanding their inner world. Designed to equip couples for *Courageous Conversations*, this experience teaches how to identify and speak *for* your emotional parts instead of *from* them—creating space for honest, grace-filled dialogue. Participants will learn that each person is responsible for caring for their own parts—not their spouse—and will gain practical tools for navigating conflict, healing relational pain, and deepening emotional intimacy. Through Christ-centered teaching, self-reflection, and interactive exercises, couples will walk away with greater empathy, self-awareness, and the confidence to communicate with compassion and courage.
Foundations of Caring
This 2-day workshop equips ministry leaders with essential counseling skills to strengthen their ability to care for others in a way that is both clinically sound and biblically grounded. Whether you're offering spiritual guidance, pastoral care, or simply walking with someone through a difficult time, this workshop will help you lead with confidence and compassion.
Topics Include: Rapport Building, Empathy, Reflective Listening, and Good Question Asking.
